Social media marketing that a normal business can actually keep up with

SocialPlus is one platform for every channel a business sells on, with AI agents doing the drafting and answering, and people making the decisions.

The problem

Seven apps, no time, and leads sitting unread

Most businesses are not short of channels. They are short of hours.

A shop or a clinic or a restaurant ends up with a Facebook page, an Instagram account, a WhatsApp number and maybe TikTok — each with its own app, its own inbox and its own idea of what a post should look like. Nobody owns all of it, so it gets done in gaps: a post when someone remembers, a reply when someone happens to open the app.

The cost is not usually visible. It is the DM answered two days late, the comment asking for a price that nobody saw, the customer who ordered from whoever replied first. The content problem and the lead problem are the same problem, and both come down to there being no single place where the work lives.

SocialPlus is that place: one calendar, one inbox, one lead pipeline and one set of numbers across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, TikTok, X and LinkedIn — with AI agents that take on the part that used to need a marketing person on staff.

How we work

Software, and a team behind it

The product does the repetitive work. Our team covers whatever you would rather not do yourself.

Signing up is self-serve: create an account, set up your business profile, connect your channels and go live. Plenty of businesses never need more than that, and the product is built so they do not have to ask.

But a tool you have to learn before it helps is not much help. So there is a real team on the other side of it — to connect the channels with you, to shape what the WhatsApp agent is allowed to say, to give content direction, or to run the account for you outright. You pick the level, and you can change it whenever the business changes.

For organisations with their own systems and policies, that goes further: a dedicated solution, custom integrations and a named account team. For a small business, it is deliberately lighter — the same platform, without the parts you would never use.

How we build

The principles we hold to

Four commitments that decide how the product gets built when there is a shortcut available.

People decide

An agent can draft, answer and suggest. Approving a post, agreeing a discount or resolving a complaint stays with a person. That is a design constraint, not a setting we hope you find.

Plain over clever

A feature earns its place by removing work you are doing today. If we cannot explain what it does in one sentence, it is not ready.

Your accounts stay safe

Pacing, limits and guardrails exist because a flagged account costs a business more than a slow campaign ever will.

Software plus people

Every plan can reach a human. Some businesses want a tool; some want it run for them. Both are legitimate and we support both.

Human in the loop

AI drafts and answers. People decide.

Our agents are given a narrow job and a clear boundary. They write from your business profile, they answer the questions you have given them answers to, and where a customer asks for something outside that — a discount, an exception, a complaint — the thread goes to a person with the full history and a suggested reply.

This is a design principle rather than a caution notice. Automation that quietly makes commitments on a business’s behalf is a liability, and we would rather the agent hand over more often than be confidently wrong once in front of a customer.

Who we serve

From a one-person shopfront to a group of brands

The same platform, set up two quite different ways.

Small business

A lighter setup for a team that wears every hat: publish everywhere from one place, let the agent answer WhatsApp, and stop losing enquiries in DMs.
