For enterprise

A dedicated solution, built around how your organisation already works

For businesses where social, WhatsApp and lead handling cross several teams, brands or branches. We build the deployment around your systems, your policies and your approval chains, and run it with a named team alongside yours.

What it includes

Configured for your organisation, not adapted by you

Everything below is agreed during scoping and built before your teams are asked to use it.

A dedicated environment

Your deployment is set up for your organisation rather than shared configuration. Data boundaries, retention and access are agreed with you and written into the engagement.

Custom integrations

We connect to the systems you already run — your CRM, your order or ticketing system, your internal directory — so the platform fits your process instead of asking your teams to keep two records.

Agent behaviour tuned to your policies

What the AI agent may say, what it must escalate, which wording is mandatory and which is forbidden, in each market you operate in. Your policy becomes the agent’s guardrails, reviewed with your team before it goes live.

Roles, permissions and audit trail

Granular roles by brand, branch and function; approval steps where you need them; and a record of who published what, who changed a guardrail and who replied to a customer.

Multiple brands and branches

Separate profiles, calendars, inboxes and numbers per brand or location, with group-level reporting across all of them and shared assets where it makes sense.

A named account team

A team who knows your account, not a rotating queue. Onboarding, ongoing work and escalation paths are agreed up front, alongside the service levels we commit to.

How we engage

Five stages, agreed before anything is built

No surprises about scope, timeline or who is responsible for what.

  1. 1

    Discovery

We sit with the people who do the work — marketing, sales, customer service, IT — and map what exists today: channels, volumes, systems, approval chains and the rules that cannot be broken.

  2. 2

    Scope

We write down what will be built, which integrations are in the first phase, what the agent will and will not handle, and how success will be judged. Commercial terms and service levels are agreed at this point, not later.

  3. 3

    Build

Your environment is configured, integrations are implemented, roles and approval flows are set, and agent guardrails are drafted from your policies and reviewed with you.

  4. 4

    Onboarding

Teams are trained on their own workflows rather than a generic demo. We run a supervised period where every automated reply is reviewed and the behaviour is tuned before it carries real volume.

  5. 5

    Run

Your account team stays involved: regular reviews, reporting against the measures agreed in scope, policy and guardrail updates as your business changes, and a defined escalation path when something needs attention.

Commercial terms

Priced and committed to in writing, with you

Enterprise engagements are not a package off the pricing page. Scope, term, service levels and support hours are agreed together and documented before we start.

  • Scope and deliverables written down before build
  • Service levels and support hours agreed with you
  • Named account team and a defined escalation path
  • Review cadence set at the start of the engagement
